1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service appointment or using the website of All Around Fitness, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Scheduling, Quotes, & Payment
Diagnostics: We charge a flat-rate diagnostic fee for residential visits. This fee covers the technician's travel and troubleshooting time and is due at the time of the initial visit, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repair.
Estimates: Any prices discussed prior to an on-site inspection are estimates. A final, binding quote for parts and labor will be provided after the diagnostic.
Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless a commercial net-terms contract is explicitly in place. We utilize secure third-party processors (such as Clover) for all credit card transactions.
3. On-Site Service Conditions
To ensure the safety of our technicians and the efficiency of the repair, you agree to the following when booking an on-site visit:
- An adult (18 years or older) must be present for the duration of the residential service call.
- The fitness equipment must be reasonably accessible and located in a safe, adequately lit, and climate-controlled environment.
- All pets must be secured away from the immediate work area.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to gain access or no adult is present, you may be subject to a standard trip charge.
5. Liability Limitation
While we take the utmost care in our work, All Around Fitness is not liable for pre-existing damage, inherent manufacturer defects, or incidental damages to flooring or property surrounding the equipment. Our repairs are backed by our specific service guarantee, but we cannot guarantee that older machines will not develop new, unrelated issues.
